Here is the scenario. The house is an old adobe in New Mexico. We are opening up the kitchen (where the window in the photo is). It has the same reddish brick, but sealed. I, personally, loathe the brick. The rest of the house is this gorgeous 10" plank pine.<br /><br />Here are some more photos from before we bought the house.
